to the order of the State Highway Commiseioa, the sum of 49,172.66 Dollars, which fund shall
be held solely for the purposes of oonatruoting or reaonetruoting the F. A. P. 243 Seotion
B Roed above mentioned; and if the actual scat of oonatruoting this road should esoeed the
engineer's estimate therefor, the Commdesionsra' Court does pledge itaelf to pay from Bond
