the Chas. Schreiner Bank to pay accounts or claims against Highway fto, 27 and Road Diatriat
No. 1 Panda, after said claims being properly sworn to and approved by the Special Commis-
sioners of Road Diatriat No. 1, and upon payment thereoY to deduct same from the daily
balance ef•eaid funds, and the amount eo paid out to be paid back to said bank et each
meeting of this Court. It is therefore ordered by the Court that avid Chas. Schreiner Bank
is authorised to pay accounts against said Road Dietriot No. 1 and Highway Ro. 27 funds
