the opinion that before any notion be taken in the matter, that efforts should be made to
get this controversy mutually settled. And the Court appointed Co:;imissioners Chas. :teal,
A. J. Gibbena and Augo Wiedenfeld to go on the ground and sae which would be the beet
location Por the road end to make due efforts to settle the matter satisfactorily to both
sides, and said Commissiouers shell report their action to the next meating of the Court.
