It is ordered by the Court that the County Depository and the County Treasurer
' shall keep ,~116,769.d8 set aside Poi oonstruetlon of Highway No. 27 under Highway X27 Fund
and the balanaa of the money of said Road District No. 1 under Roed District No. 1 Fnnd.
And the County Depository and the County Treasurer is further ordered by the Court to
keep the funds of Road DistriotaSos. 1, 2, & 3 and Highway X27 and their respective sinking
funds separate and apart from each other, so that the interest accruing on the daily bal-
once of each of said Panda or other revenues belonging to same of either oP said Punds
shall be pleaed to the credit of the Pi?nd to which it truly belon ga.
