CREATING SEPARATE FUNDS OF ROAD LISTRICT NOS. 1, 'L, & 3 end Highway No. 27
and their reapeotive sinking inrnls.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Depository and the County Treasurer
shall keep ~l1ti,769.d8 set aside for oonstruetion of Highway No. 27 under Highway X27 Fund
and the balance of the money of said Road District No. 1 under Road Dis triot No. 1 Fund.
And the County Depository and the County Treasurer is further ordered by the Court to
keep the funds of Road Districts Nos. 1, 2, & 3 and Highway ,~27 and their reapeotive sinking
funds separate and apart from each other, so that the interest accruing on the daily bal-
ance of each of said funds or other revenues belonging to same of either of said funds
shall be placed to the credit of the fund to which it truly belongs.
