CREATING SEPARATE FUNDS OF ROAD DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, & 3 and Highway No. 27
and their respeotive oinking funds.
It ie ordered by the Court that the County Depository end the County Treasurer
~~ shell keep ~116,769.d8 set aside for oonstruction of Highvray No. 27 under Highway X27 Fund
and the balanoa of the money of said Hoad District No. 1 under Roed District No. 1 Fund.
and the County Depository and the County Treasurer is further ordered by the Court to
keep the funds of Road Diatrlota Hos. 1, 2, & 3 and Highway $27 and their respective sinking
funds separate and apart from each other, so that the interest accruing on the daily bal-
ance of each of said funds or other revenues belonging to same of either of said funds
shall be plsaed to the credit of the fund to whioh it truly belongs.
