CHEATING SEPARATE FUNDS OF ROAD DISTRICT NOS. 1, 2, & 3 end Highway No. 27
and their respective sinking funds.
It ie ordered by the Court that the County Depository and the County Treasurer
` shall keep ~l1ti,769.d8 set aside Por oonstruction of Highway No. 27 under Highway X27 Fund
and the balanoe of the money of said Road lliatrict No. 1 undeY Road Distriot No. 1 Fund.
And the County Depository and the County Treasurer is further ordered by the Court to
keep the funds of Road Diatrio~ IIos. 1, 2, & 3 and Highway 727 and their respective sinking
funds separate and apart from eaoh other, so that the interest aeoruing on the daily bal-
ance of each of said Sunda or other revenues belonging to soma oY either oY said Yunds
shall be placed to the credit of the ft~nd to whioh it truly belongs.
