that in the opinion of the Board, the Court end th• County Engineer the present bridge is
absolutely nneaie. It ie therefore ordered by the Court that the portion of Ssetion D,
Highway.}E7 oovering part of hater Street within the City I.imite of %errville be abandoned
and replaoed with a new aonrets bridge over Town Creek.. Thereupon the County Engineer
