The Court having sxaminod the olalm of w. E. Simpson for 500,00 uovering his
monthly payment on Contrast as County Roed Engineer, found said o]aim duly sworn to by
Mr. Simpson and pr oparly oertifiad to the Court by the Board of Spaoial Bond Commissioners
of 8oed Distriot go. 1 of Kert County, and same was allowed and approved by the Court.
It is therefore ordered by_tha Court that the Clerk issue a vouoher on the
Highway No. 27 Fund for $500.00 to the order of w• E• Slmpson, do full payment thereof.
