R. & B. Funding warranty to be delivered to J. E. Jarratt & Company, San Antonio, Texss; end
by .reason of said error the Clerk of this Court refrained from carrying out said orders.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said ordets Nos. 797 end 798, recorded
page 60b of the minutes of this Volume, affecting the sllawanoe of account of H. kemshel,

And it is ordered by the Court that the Clerk of this Court issue four vouehera, three Yor
y1000.00 each and one for 939.00 against the Road and Bridge Fund of Karr County, payable
