The matter as to ~~rhether Yr..J. A. Oswalt should oontinue to conduot the farm
demonstration Sn Kerr County or a new county agent be placed Sn his steed, was disoussed by
the Court, and the public subscription list donating about y500.00 towards the payment of
the salary oP the County Agent for the calendar year, 1923, was oonsidered and accepted by
the Court. The motion was put befor e,tha Court by Comr. lYi ads nfeld that it is considered
to the best advantage of the County that Kerr County be served by a new County Agent during
the oalendar year, 1923, whioh motion was duly seconded by Comr. Gibbena and Judge Wellaoe,
It is Cher afore ordered by the Court that County Agent Oa~,ve It be replaoed by a new agent
and Mr ..Dgrroch, .;epresenta.tive of the B. & bf. Extension Servioa agreed Sn cpen Court to
make such change within a reasonable time, and St is further ordered by the Court that
J. A. Oswalt shall continue his work until suoh change is pe rfaoted and his salary shall
also continue until a r,ecr man takes charge.
