	the salary of the County dgent for the calendar year, 1923, was considered and accepted by	
	theCourt. The motion wse put befor e,the Court by Comr. iYi ads nfald that it is considered	
	to the best advantage of the County that Kerr County be served by a new County dgent during	'a,.
	the calendar year, 19L3, whin h. motlon was duly seconded by Comr. Gibbana and Judge i7a ll~oe,	
	It is therefore ordered by the Court that County d@eni Oswalt be replsoed by s new agent	
	and Mr. Darroch, Representa.tiva of the d. & b1. Extension Service agreed in open Court to	
	make such change within a reasonable time, and it is further ordered by the Court that	
	J. d. Oswalt shell continue his work until suoh change is parfeoted and his salary shall	
	also continue until a necr man takes charge.
