Dowdy, George MaBlroy, J. E. Moose. J. B. Gregory and W. E. Simpson were properly sworn to
by eaoh oLimant end duly certified to the Court for payment in full by the Board of Spaa.
Road Commisaionera of R. D. ~1 of Kerr County, end all of said claims were found oorreot
end were duly approved by the Court, and the Clerk ordered to issue vouahera to eaoh olaima~nl
against Highway X27 Fund fox his reapeative amount.
And it appearing to the Court that the olaima of McCall-d[oora Eng. Co. and S. H. Duderatadt
were properly_ewonn to but certified to the Court for only $73.98 and $12.00 reepootively
by the Board oY gpeo. Comra. of R. D. ~1, therefore same were approved by the Court for said
reduced amounts of $73.98 and $12.00 reapentively, and the Clerk ordered to iaaue vouchers
therefor to"eaoh claimant against Highway No. 27 Fund.
And it further appearing to the Court that the olaima of R. B. Dowdy and V. B. Lee though
Ruly sworn to, ware entirely reJeated by Lhe Board of Sp ea. Road Comre. of Road Dietrint No.
One, therefore the .Court oleo rejected the payment thereof entirely, end the Clerk ordered
noL to pay them.
And the Clerk Sa further ordered to delivare~ two duplicates oP eaoh of the olaima hereby
allowed to the County Engineer for the purpose of obtaining the 6C~ State and Federal q1d
thereon.
