On thin the 9th day of April, 1923, came on to be considered the settlement of
the inaraased aoet of concrete materials on Section A, of Highway No. 27 due McCall-Moore
Eng. Co., •e per itemized statement Sn triplicate thereof filed with thin Court amounting to
~1L86.72. And iL appearing to the Court that said account or claim has been approved by
the State Highway Department and acid Department will participate in the payment thereof,
according to the statement made is open Court by Co. Engineer Simpson, and it further appear
ing to the Court that same la also approved by Co. Engineer Simpson for the County and forth
duly certified to the Court for paymetrt by the Board of Speo. Road Commissioners of R. D.
therefore it is ordered by the Court that the Clerk Sasue a voucher in favor of said MaCall-
Moore Eng. Co „ against $ighway $27 Fund for x`1186.72 in full payment thereof.
