X1286.72. And it appearing to the Court tlwt said acoount or claim has been approved by
the Stnte Highway Department and said Department will participate in the payment thereof,
aaoording to the etatemenL made In open Court by Co. $nginear Simpson, and it further appear-
ing to the Court that eamD la also approved by Co. Engineer Simpson for the County and furthe
duly oertiiiad to the Court for payment by the Board of Speo. Road Commissioners of R. D. {1;
therefore it is ordered by the Court that the Clerk Tasue a vouoher in favor of said MoCall-
