On this the 9th day of April, 1923, Dame oa to be considered the settlement of
the inoraased ooet of oonorete materials on Section A, of Highway No. 27 due McCall-Moore
Eng. Co., as per it amizad statement in tripiioata thereof filed with this Court amounting to
X1286 .72. And it appearing to the Court that said acoount or claim has been approved by
the State Highway Department and said Department will participate in the payment thereof,
aaoording to the statement made in open Court by Co. Engineer Simpson, and it further appear-
ing to the Court that same is also approved by Co. Engineer Simpson for the County and Earths
duly oartiiied to the Court for payment by the Board oP Speo. Road Commissioners of R. D. ~l;
therefore it is ordered by the Court that the Clerk issue a vouoher in favor of said MoCall-
iioore Eng. Co ., against Highway X27 Fund for ;~1286.7E in full payment thereof.

a new road across lands of Chas. Raal and others ba and the same is hereby closed end dis-
continued.
