County a strip of land 60 feat in width from a point 1n its right of way beginning 144 feet

and track of the San Antonio and Aransas Pass Railway Company at a point 406 feet South of
Trestle 303.9 be and it ds hereby oloaed and abandoned ae a public road.
And it ie fart her ordered that the County Engineer of Kerr County be and he ie here-
by inatruotad to do the neoeaeary work for the closing of said road where it now oroeeae,the
right of way and track of the Railway Company, and the neoeaeary grading, ato., for oontinu-
ing the present road to its sew oroaeing ae eat out sad shown above, wit hoot sap an ae to the
Railway Company.

On thisLnd day of May, 1923, came on to be axominad by the Court the claim of
Y. B. Lae against Ifighway X27, covering 21 days watching gate at X1.50, ssaigned by said
Lee unto First State Bank of Kerrville, and it appearing to the court that said claim is
properly sworn to by said V. B. Lae and duly certified to the Court for payment in full by
the Hoard oY Speo. Road Comre. of H. D. ~1 oY Kerr County, and sold claim is hereby approved
,by the Court, and the Clerk ordered to leaue a trouohar against Highway ~'L7 Fund in favor of
First State Bank of Kerrville in full payment of same, and the Clork is further ordered to
deliver two duplioatea thereof to the County Engineer for purpose of obtaining the 5G~' State
and Federal Aid thereon.

Estimate 16-B of MoCell-Moore F.ng. Co., from Mar. 26 to Apr. 25, 1923, on Highway No. 27, ~,
for work to date, X112,403.49, less amount paid ~j100,96B.70, leaving a balance due on Section
B of X11•, 434.79.' A~ it appearing to the Court that same is duly certified to the Court es
correct by the County Engineer and approved by H. Ramsohal, Chairman of the Hoard of Speo.
Road Commiasionera of Road Diet. No. 1 of Kerr County, and said estimate is hereby duly
approved by the Court, and the Clerk ordered to Saeue a 4ouoher in favor of McCall-Moore Eng.
