Y. B. Lee against 2iighway X27, oovering 21 days watching gate at w1.50, assigned by said
Lee unto First state Bank of Kerrville, and it appearing to the oourt that said olalm is
properly sworn to by said Y. B. Lea and duly oartiYied to the Court Yor payment in full by
the Board of Speo. Road Comrs. oY R. D. ~1 of Kerr County, and sold olalm ie hereby approved
by the Court, end the Clerk ordered to issue a trouoher against Highway X27 Fund in favor of
Fir et State Bank of Kerrville in full payment of same, and the Clerk is further ordered to
deliver txo duplioatea thereof to the County Engineer for purpose of obtaining the b0~' State
and Federal Aid thereon.
