Lee unto First State Bank of Kerrville, and it appearing to the court that said claim ie
properly sworn to by said Y. B. Lae end duly certified to the Court for payment in full by
the Board of Speo. Road Comra. of R. D. ;~1 of Kerr County, and said claim is hereby approved
~by the Court, and the Clerk ordered to Seaue a trouoher against Highway X27 Fund in favor of
First State Bank of Kerrville in fix11 paymont of same, end the Clerk ie further ordered to
deliver two duplicates thereof to the County Engineer for purpcsa of obtaining the 50~' State
