a new lawn mower for the janitor's use, it ie ordered that the Clerk purchase such water
cooler and the janitor shall pvrohaee said lawn mower, at the County's expense.

of the removal from the County of J. F. .Letaering, and 1t appearing to the County Judge
end the Court that aeid~vacanoy areatea an emergency inasmuch ae it is absolutely neoaseery
that Precinot No. 1 have an active Commissioner to #ransAat ire official business,_and Pram
information indirectly received the County Judge is of the opinion that said Laiaering has
removed from Karr County permanently.
Anfl it further appearing to the County Judge that Ally Baitel is a suitable and
qualified person to hold the office of Commissioner of Precinot No. 1 end perform the duties
thereof, ea id Ally Baitel is therefore duly appointed ae Com:niasioner of Precinot No. 1 of
Karr County by the County Judge to till the vacancy aforesaid. Whereupon said Ally Baitel
presented his bond in open Court end took the oath ae required by law, which Bonds were duly
ssamin ed and approved in open Court, and the Clerk Sa ordered to reo ord the same 1n the
official bond record of Karr County. '
