Anfl it further appearing to the County Judge that Ally Baitel is a suitable and qualified person to hold the office of Commissioner of Precinot No. 1 end perform the duties thereof, ea id Ally Baitel is therefore duly appointed ae Com:niasioner of Precinot No. 1 of Karr County by the County Judge to till the vacancy aforesaid.
