of the removal from the County oY J. F. ;L6laering, and it appearing to the County Judge
end the Court that asid~vaoanoy creates an emergency Snesmuoh ae it is absolutely neoeaeary
that Precinct No, 1 have an active Commissioner to irAnw~lot its official businesa,_and Yrom
inYormation indirectly received the County Judge is of the opinion that said Laiaering has
removed from Kerr County permanently. ~
' And it further appearing to the County Judge that Ally Beitel is a suitable end
qualified person to hold the ofYice of Commissioner of Precinct No. 1 and perform the duties
t hat eof, said Ally Beitel is therefore duly appointed es Commissioner of Precinct No. 1 of
Kerr County by the County Budge to fill the vacancy aforesaid. Whereupon said Ally -eitel
presented hie bond in open Court end took the oath as required by law, which Bonds were duly
asamined and aBProved in open Court, and the Clerk is ordered to record the same in the
official bond record of Karr County. '
