of the removal from the County od' J. F. :Leiaering, end St appearing to the County Judge
and the Court that aeid~vecancy oreatea an emergency inasmuch as it is abaolutaly neoeaeary
that precinct No. 1 have an active Commissioner to ir~mYot its official busineas,..and Prom
information indirectly received the County Judge ie of the opinion that said Leiaering has
removed from Kerr County permanently.

qualified person to hold the office of Commissioner of Precinct No. 1 and perform the duties

presented hie bond in open Court and took the oath na required by law, which Bonds were duly
