a new lawn mower for the janitor's use, 1t is ordered that the Clark purchase ^noh water
cooler and the janitor shall purchase said lawn mower, at the County's expanse.

vacancy esiating in the Commissioner's office oY precinot No. 1 oY Karr County, by reason
of the removal from the County oY J. F. :Leteering, and St appearing to the County Judge
and the Court that said~vacanoy creates an emergency inasmuch as it is abaolutaly neoaseary
that precinot No. 1 have an active Commiaaioner to frlae6ot its oYYioial businesa,_and from
information indirectly received the County Judge is of the opinion that said Leiaering has
removed fran Karr County permanently.
' And it further appearing to the County Judge that Ally Beitel is a suitable and
qualiflad person to hold the oYfice of Commissioner of preoinat No. 1 and perform the duties
thereof, acid Ally Beitel is th er afore duly appointed ae Commiaaioner of precinot No. 1 of
Karr County by the County Judge to fill the vaoenay aforesaid. Whereupon said Ally Beitel
presented hie bond in op an Court and took the oath as required by law, which Bonds were duly
examined and approved in open Court, and the Clerk is ordered to reo ord the same in the
official bond record of Kerr County.
