F. :Leteering, and St appearing to the County Judge and the Court that said~vacanoy creates an emergency inasmuch as it is abaolutaly neoaseary that precinot No. 1 have an active Commiaaioner to frlae6ot its oYYioial businesa,_and from information indirectly received the County Judge is of the opinion that said Leiaering has removed fran Karr County permanently. ' And it further appearing to the County Judge that Ally Beitel is a suitable and qualiflad person to hold the oYfice of Commissioner of preoinat No. 1 and perform the duties thereof, acid Ally Beitel is th er afore duly appointed ae Commiaaioner of precinot No. 1 of Karr County by the County Judge to fill the vaoenay aforesaid.
