for tho quarter ending April 30th, 1923, prepared by Jno. R. Laavell, County Clark, and same
was found true and ogrreot in every respect and the same is hereby duly aRproved by the Court
and the Clerk of this Court is ordered to publish the summary of this Statement in the Kerr-
ville Bdountain gun Sn place of the whole report.

It is therefore ordered, that Chas. Schreiner Bank, Depository of Kerr County Sohool Funds,
are hereby authorized and dir sot ed to pay off and disoh9rge four Kerr Co. Common Sohool Di~-
triot $o. b Sohool House Building Bonds, denominations y",300.00 aggregating 1200.00, interest
~, payable annually April 10th of aooh year at office of Kerr County Treasurer, of date
July 10, 1913, se id bonds are owned by Karr Co. Permanent Sohool Fund purchased tsar. 2, 1114,
as shown by order of Comr. Court of Kerr County recorded Book C, page 82, minutes of said
Court. Said bonds after purchase and delivery to this Court are to be marked paid and
destroyed by the Court otter said payment thereof.
And it appears to the Court that- tlure will ba an excess in Sinking funds for
proteotiea of said bonds, it 1s ordered that said e~'oess De transferred by the Depository to
available School Funds for said Distriot No. 6. _
