ing to the Court that all the matters of the controversy should ba setts ed between ea id

the old Junction & Kerrville Road across the premiaee of said Mies Robinson wi,ich the Court
agreed to do; and after a discussion said Chairman end Miee Robinson reached a satisfactory
agreement settling all matters ea noted upon the docket of this Court.

mortgage end note securing payment of balenoe aoaording to the terms of said offer. Tho
Clerk of this Court shell prepare said mortgage and note under the supervision of the Judge
