Olbert Herbst and 7 others for removal of last two remaining gates on Bertel'e Road, preoinot
$,9. 3; also Joe Spenrath and H. Sohellhase presented their respeotive olaime or demands
to the Court in person, and it Appearing to the Court that said two gates should be removed
for the benefit and oonvanienoa of the traveling publio, and the following settlement was
made with gps 8penrath and H. Sahellhaae, to-mit: The Gourt agreed to purohaae a strip of
land 20 foot wido from Joa Spenrath to be used ae a oattla lane by idr. Sohellhase along west
