On this the tlth day of Deeomber d .D. 1924, came on to be heard, at a
regular term of the Ooaeniseionare Court, the question of the acceptance of •~ deed from Sue
Robinson to the right of way of the new third close road along the boundary line between th
property of Harvey Littlefield vnd Sue~Robinson, more fully described in the deed to sold
right of way from Sue Robinson t o Kerr County., dated ila o.8 ,1924, and reoor ded in the deed
records of Barr Cou~y,Te~s,, t o x'h ioh referen oe is here made, and also of the accepts nce
of said road., and it appearing to the Court that ea id road hoe bean actually constructed in
a proper manner and is open and in use and that it Sa boated upon the right of wiy covered
by said deed;
It le therefore ordered by the Court that said dead to the said Right of way ba
accepted from the said Sue Robinson and that said road be aooeptad and designated ae a
neighborhood road of the third class.

the gate at ueoar Liok'e, on_the old ~ohelhaea place, and it appearing to the Court that
notioa of said petition,has bean given, as required by law.

included in the report of the jury, and, if adopted, aha 11 be reoor ded in the Idinutea of the
Commiaeionera Court. dnd it is further ordered, that the said jury make a report in this
cause at the next regular meeting of this Court.
