of said raid, and it appearing to the Court that said road has bean a otually oonatruoted in
a proper manner and is op an and in use and that it Ss located upon the right oP way covered
by said deed;
It is therefore or dared by the Uourt that said dead to the said Right of way ba
eaoepted from the said Sue Robinson and that said road be accepted and designated as a
neighborhood road oY the third aloes.

notice of said patition,haa been given, as required by law,

$iohard Boerner, cad d.D.Fly, five freeholders oP said uotu;ty, be and are hereby appointed
a Jury of view, a majority oP whom may, after taking the prescribed oath before a properly
authorised person, process to assess damages, iP any are claimed, and with--- the County
Surveyor, to lay out, survey and described such Road to the greatest advantage to the public
so that the same can be traced with certainty, and the Piled notes ~f euoh survey and
dasar ipt ion oP the Road, togothur with a eta tomant of the damages sea esaed, SP any, shall be
inolnded in the report of the jury, and, if adopted, shall ba recorded in the Ltinutes of the
Oommisaioners Court. dnd it is further ordered, th-~t the ea id jury make a report in this
cause at the nezt regular meeting of this Court.
