regular term oY the Oommiasionera Court, the question of the aooaptanae of a deed from Sue
$obinson to the right of way of the new third olaea road along the boundary line between the
property of Harvey Littlefield •md Sue~$ob inson, more fully decor ib ed in the deed to said
right of way from Sue $obinson t o Kerr County., dated De o.8 ,1924, and reoor dad in the deed
records of Barr Count y,i'esas„ t o which reference is here made, and a leo of the acceptance
of said raid., end it appearing to the Court that ea id road has bean a atually oonatruoted in
a proper manner and Ss op an and in use and that it is located upon the right of wiy covered
by said deed;
It is therefore ordered by the Uourt that eafd deed to the said Right oY way be
accepted from the said Sue Robinson and that said road be aooepted and designated ae a
neighborhood rood of the third olaea.
