to open a publin road from the old Kerrville & Junotion Highway to the new Kerrville, and

would eon apt the road heretofore opened under an order made by this Court at the November
Term. 1924. of this oourt, and not open another road as petitioned Por. that she would,

grade of the said road shall at no part or portion of the same between the Old Junet ion

The Court having none idered the said propoaltion by oonteetant, it ie ordered that same
be aooepted, and that this oauea be oontiaued until the next term hereof in order to permit

read, with the nnderet ending that when she has oompliad with her agreement ea above set
out, that the said road will be aooepted and the petition now under conald er at ion hes sin
will be overruled and dismissed.

grade has bean raduoed in oomplianoe with the above agreement shall be oonoluaive as to
that question.
