So ap en a public road from the old Kerrville & Junotioa Highway to the sew Kerrville ,and
Jnaoti on Highway, at~ a point about one mile west from Ingram and through the land of Miea
Sue Rob inaon, and the petitioners being present by attorney and the said Miss Sue Robinson
being before the court in pare on and by attorney contested the said report of the Bald
fury oY view. and the Bald Miea 51ie Rob inaon did in open court agree, that if the court
would accept the road heretofore opened under an order made by this Court at the November
Term, 1924, oY this coot t, and not open another road as petitioned for, that she would,
at her own expanse, eo distribute the grade of the said road and eo reduce same that the
grade of the said road shall at no part or portion of the same between the Old 'Junotioa
road• and the New Highway, be a grade of in exaeae ei'12y:, end further agreed that the said
road sa reduced in grade shall not be narrowed but shall bo of a width not lase than~the
road ae now made, and further that she will eo distribute and dispose of the material
taken from the grade is reducing same as to make ae good a ros8 be8 ae reasonably praoti-
aable with the material eo taken out, and to take oars sa well sa may be done oP the water,
so as to prevent the washing of the said road bed.
The Court having considered the said prop oeitlon by contestant, it ie ordered that same
be aoo opted, and that this cause be continued until the next term hereof 1n order to permit
the said M1ee Sue Robineoa to comply with her agreement to reduce the grade of ihs said
read, with the understanding that when she has complied with her agreement as above sot
out, that the said road will be accepted and the petition now under coneid oration herein
will be overruled and dismissed.
The oar tifioate of J. E. McCreary, a. L. Statkpy and J. C. Yeary to the Ysot that the
grads has been reduced in compliance with the above agreement shall be oonolusive as to
that quest ion.

proaeedinga were had, to-wit:
Whereas, on the 14th day of April, 1924, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County
