We, the dory of View appointed by your Honorable body in the matter of the pet itlon
of T. J. Parka, et. al for a third pleas road from Fred Duderatadt'a pleoe by S~naet Sohool
& Cemetery to the Karrvills-Junotion Highway, beg to submit the following report:
We laid out and surveyed the following road, 20 Peet wide, the oenter line of whioh
begins at a point in the Kerrville-Junati on Highway 199 feet Eset of the oenter of the brid
on said highway whioh oroseee Welsh Branoh; thenoe 3. 38 N. aroeaing Johnson's and lnterseo
ing the old Johnson Creek road near 1[. 13.gierdereon'e house, 10 feat South of a large White

S. 86 E. 38b feet to where the old road Drosses the field of said Eddins and xuns down the
hill, thenoe S. E. aoroee fanoe to within 20 feet of said fenoe on the outalde and next to
the oreek; thenoe 8. 86 E. 1b0 feet oornar; thenoe N. 77 E. 189 feet oroaeing Feeaendon
branoh near its mouth and euffiodently far above the fella at that point to allow a road;
thenoe N. Bb 8. 82 feet to a polnt lb feat in aide of the J. W. Bailey field at this polnt
the road ie widened to 30 feet and runs North with said Bailey line 100 feet or until it
passes s large pooan tree, hers the road drops bank to. 20 feet in width and oontiauea
northward with the line of said Bail ay land and just inside the field until it interaeata
the said highway.
In pees damages from either C. $. Bidine or J. W. Bailey or his suooesaor in owner-
ship is demanded we asses to eaoh of them damages in the sum of (~$2b•OO) Twenty-five Dollars.

The Court being of the opinion Shat said report should be aaoapted, with aaaeptioaof~
