Jury of Yiaw appointed Dy the Court on Ootober 12, 19Eb to ley out the road and &aeeaa
damages therefor as prayed for in the petition of T. J• Parke and 13 others, whioh report 1a

We. the Jury of Yiew appointed by your Honorable body in the matter of the petition
of T. J. Parke, et. al for a third olaae road from Fred Duderatadt'e plane by ~naet School
& Cemetery to the Kerrville-Junotion Highway, beg to submit the following report:
We laid out and surveyed the Pollowing road, 20 feet wide, the oenter line of whioh
begins at a point in the Kerrville-Junction Highway 199 Yeet Esat of the oenter of the Dri
on said highway whioh Drosses- Welsh Branch; thenoe S. 38 [t. aroaeing Johnson's and interaoo
ing the old dohneon Creep road near D[. I).-Herd eraon'e house, 10 feet South of a large White
tree; thenoe in an easterly direction with the oenter of the bed of said old road, passing
eoroas the pr emleee of said Renderaon, a. E. Oehler and that strip of 6 sores whioh ie now
in the possession of the Chastber oY Oommeroeof°Kerrville, Taz., near the fish hatchery to
rho line of C. H. Eddins land; thenoe bagirning aS a point 10 feet N• E. of .the S. E• corner
of said 6 sore strip, and running S. 89 E. aoroea the land of C. R. Eddins 2b0 feet; thenoe
S. 86 E. 385 feet to where the old road oroaeee the field of said 8ddins and tuna down the
hill, thenoe S. E. aoroaa fenoe to wlthinLO feet of said fenoe on the outside and nest to
the creek; thenoe S. B6 E. 1b0 fast corner; thenoe N. 77 8. 187 feet oroaeing Feeaendon
bran oh near its mouth and sufficiently far above the falls at thaS point to allow a road;
thenoe N. 86 E. 82 feet to s polnt 16 feet Snaide of the J. W. Bailoy field at this point
the road Se widened to 30 Poet and rune North with said Bailey line 100 feet or until iS
passes s large pecan tree, here the road drops hank to. 20 feet in width and oontinnea
