buaineae (said Court now having neither civil nor criminal ~uriediotioa) shall begin and bo

current year. The interest for the money ao advanced by the Chas. Schreiner Bank where
there should not be fonds to the credit of any district vdien vouoher is presented shall be
paid out of the Kerr County accumulated ovailab le ~ohool 5'und and shall be at same rata
