Oonrt, ezoept Dr. P. J. Domingues who is asking damages for that part of his land ~o be
need in making the change prayed Yor, and it farther appearing that said claim for damages
is hindering and actually delaying the project, it is therefore ordered by the Court that
Kerr Oounty pay unto said P. J. Domingoea oat of its R. &'B. ~4 Fund the sum of $b0.00
as full oomponeation and oonaideration for his part of the land used in said change upon
delivery by him to Kerr Oonnty of proper deed to that portion of hie land embraced in the
right of way of said road. Said oonaideration of ;50.00 to be paid in lieu also of all
other claims held by said P. J. Domingues by reason of said change in Bald road.
