Fund is payment of one load oY wood delivered by eaoh of said claimants to paupers, Mrs.

X1156, ESR$ COUNTY. SAYS OF KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE & JAIL BONDS, 1926 SERIES. '
On this, the 12th day oY April, 1926, Dame on to be oonaidered the bide for
purchase oY Kerr County Courthouse and Jail Bonds, series 1926, in amount of X110,000.00,
and it appearing same had been advertised for the length of time and in the manner provided
by law, and after opening all o£ said bide and con sideriug acme, the Court is of the opinion .
that the bid submitted by the Chsa. Schreiner Bank and the First State Bank oP Kerrville,
Texas, is the best bid offer ad on said bonds, being par value with aaorued interest.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said bid be and the same is hereby
accepted and the County Judge ie hereby directed to deliver said bonds to said bidders when
same shall be Yully paid Yor by said bidders.

by Adams &.ddame, Architects oY San Antonio, Texas, Yor a Yee of 3Q~6 without supervision,
era the beat and moat suitable plans and specifications submitted.
It is therefore ord ar ad by the Court upon unarm ~Ue vote oY the Commlasionera
that Adams & Adams be and era hereby selected as drahiteot to furnish plena and apeoifias-
tiona for the erectlonoP the new Courthouse & Jail for Karr County, the Court reserving
the right to Plzrnieh it's own sup er intendant to sup arvise construction thereoY.
