and it appearing same had been advertised for the length oY time and in the manner provided
by law, and after opening all of said bide and considariug same, the Court is oP the opinion ~,.
that the bid submitted by the Chsa. Sohreiner r3ank and the First State Bank of Kerrville, ~;
Texas, is the beat bid offered on said bonds, being par value with soorued interest.

It is therefore ordered by the Court upon unamioua vote oY the Commissioners
that Adams & ddame be and are hereby aeleoted as drahiteot to furnish plane and apeoifios-
tions for the erectionoY the new Oourthouse & Jail for Karr County, the Court reserving
the right to furnleh it's own sup er intendant to sup erviae con atruct ion thereof.
