On this, the 12th day oY April, 1926, acme on to be oonsidered the bide Yor ~~
purchase oY Kerr County Courthouse and Jail Bonds, aeries 1926, in amount oY X110,000.00,
and it appearing same had been advertised Yor the length oY time and in the manner provided
by law, and after opening all of said Dida and co^eidering same, the Court is oY the opinion ,
that the bid submitted by the Chas. Schreiner ~3ank and the Fir at State Bank oY Kerrville, ~~,
Texas, is the beat bid offered on said bonds, being par value with accrued interest.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said bid be and the same is hereby
accepted and the County Judge is hereby directed to deliver said bonds to said bidders when
same shall be fully paid for by said bidders.

On this, the 12th day oY April, 1926, Dame on to be oonsidered the plans and
ep eoifioat ions Yor the now Courthouse and Jail Yor Kerr County, Tasea, submitted by seven
different arohitaota, and it appearing to the Court that same had been advertised Yor the
length oY time and in the manner provided by law, and after examining all of said plena
and epeoi£ioationa, the Court is oY the opinion that the plane and apeoifioatione submit tad
by Adams &.Adams, Arohitecta oY San Antonio, Texas, Yor a Yee oY 3~',b without supervision,
are the beat and moat suitable plans and speoiYioationa submitted.
It is therefore ordered Dy the Court upon unamioue vote oY the Commisaionera
that ddama & ddame be and are hereby aelsoted as drehitaot to furnish plans and apeoi£ios-
tiona for the ereetlonoY the new Courthouse & Jail Yor Kerr County, the Oourt reserving
the right to fhrnieh it's own sup er intendont to sup arviae construction thereoY.
