draw 2 vouchers for $p5.00 each in favor of J. F. Nichols and August Laeder against Ad Valorem,
Fund in payment of one load of wood delivered by sash of said claimants to paupers, Mrs.
Jacob Reinhard and her eon, Jasee. '

On this, the l2th day oY April, 1926, Dame on to be oonaidered the bide for ~~
purchase of Kerr County Courthouse and Jail Bonds, Series 1926, in amount of p110,000.00,
and it appearing same had been advertised for the length of time and in the manner provided
by law, and after opening all of said bids and Don sidering same, the Court i9 oP the vp inion ~,
that the bid submitted by the Chas. Schreiner ~3ank and the Fir at State Bank of Kerrville, ~;
Tesss, is the beet bid offexed on said bonds, being par value with accrued interest.

It is therefore ordered by the Court that said bid be and the same is hereby
accepted and the County Judge ie hereby directed to deliver said bonds to said bidders when

same shall be fully paid for by said bidders. ~,

are the beat and most suitable Plans and apeoifioationa submitted. it
It is therefore ordered by the Court upon unamioua vote oY the Commissioners
that Adams & Adams be and are hereby selected as Architect to furnish plans and ageoifioa-
tions for the eseotion~of the new Courthouse & Jail for Karr County, the Court reeerving I~,,
the right to fhrnleh it's own superintendent to supervise construction ShereoY. !,
The above and foregoing minutes on pages 213 and 214 hereof, having been read
