County Permanent School .'und and it appearing to the Court that it would be to the beet
interest of said School fund to permit said 'three Thousand Dollars worth of bonds to be
redeemed and paid off, numbering from one to six, inalueive. ~p500.00 Dollars eaoh, aggre-
gating y3 ,'000.00 Dollars.

Three i'housand Dollars worth of bonds to the Center Point Soh col Di st ri of when the same
shall be paid off in fall with accrued interest and a certified Dopy of this order shall
be hie authority to accent said money for said bonds and deliver said bonds as aforesaid.
and the Dap oaitory shall place said money to the credit of the Kerr County 3ah col Fonda
entitled to receive same.

Permanent School Fund, at par value and accrued interest. And it appearing to the Court
that it would be to the beet int er set to said School fund to pur chase said bonds it ie
therefore ordered by the Court that said purchase be and the same is hereby made out of the
pxooeeda now on hand in the Kerr County Permanent Soh col Fund and the Depository of Kerr
County is hereby authorized to receive said bonds bBing m~mbera 86 & 87, for the sum o3
$1000.00 each, and when same shall be delivered to said Depository by L. d. Schreiner, the
owner of same the Dep oeit Dry is authorized to pay Yor same at the price and in the manner
hereinbef ore provided.
