ly direot ion along the west property line of Miae 8iie $obinaon'a pr oP arty to its interaeo-
tion with the old Kerrville & Junotion road, be changed and widened by adding a strip of
land 10 feet wide throughout, along its easterly aide, off of the land of Mise Sue Robinson,
Yor the purpose of oonatrnoting a dit oh to provide adequate drainage Por said road, said

lish sald additional road bed and to sasses damages.
Dpon request oY Hon. Jaok Looks appearing Sn Court fox and on behalf of Miss Sue
Robinson, the Judge and all the members oY the Couri acoampanied Mr. Looks and personally

And the Court being of the opinion that said road should be widened ae prayed tor, Z q`
whareuponNr. Look on behalf of Miss Robinson offered"to sell unto Kerr County the neaeaeary
10 foot strip of land for the sum oY .Ip`2b.00 and the further consideration that Kerr County
at its own eapenae will set bank and reoonatruot the fence of Misa Robinson along the seater
aide of said 10 foot strip of land in ae aervicable condition as the same is now in, and the
further oonaideration that should said strip of land be abandoned for road purposes title
thereto shall revert bank to Mise Sue Robinson, her heirs or assigns". Which proposition
wsa promptly eooapted by the Court and the Clark is hereby authorised to inane a voucher
in favor of Miss Sae Robinson for X25.00 against the R. & B. $4 Fond of Korr County, upon
ezaaution and delivery by her of a proper deed of oonveyanoe to said 10 toot strip of land.

Zum+aalt to B. J. Sublett, who shall personally operate said station according to the law
governing same. This transfer ie made subject to the approval of the State Headlight Engines ,
and a Dopy of this order shall be Porwarded,by the Clerk to said Snginear.
