IInder and by the authority of Chapter 63 of General Law of the 32nd Tema Legislature, 1911, and House Bill Number 58, passed by the 35th Teme Legislature, 1917. The Commieaionare Court of Kerr County being desirous of promoting a more profitable method of agrloultura and of assisting in the development of more oomfortable and convenient rural homes in the oounty, is of the opinion that a Co. Home Dem'. Agent should ba emyloyad to assist in ea id work, and inasmuch as the II. S. Department of Agrioulture, through the Extension Service oP the A. and M. College of Tema, will aonduat Eztenaion Work in this oounty provided the Commissioners' Court of the County will cooperate financially, the court is of the opinion that it should make an appropriation to supplement the funds of the Extension Servloa of the A. and M. College oY Tama in oonduoting euoh work in aooordanae wi the general lawn oP Teme. It ia, therefore, ordered by Chia Court that the sum of ($200.00) Additionally be appropriated and the same Se hereby appropriated out of the Panda of Kerr County, to assist in promoting a batter method of agrioulture and the development of more oomfortable and oonvanient rural homes in Kerr County. Th1e appropriation shall beoome available on Deoember 1st „ 1926, and shall be paid out in neat nix monthly installments to said agent upon written order duly signed by an authorize repreaentativa of said Eztension Service. This appropriation shall be continuous until the Commissioners' Court or the Eatenalon Servioe of the A. and M. College of Tems shall deoide to disoontinue same, and the order of disoontlnuanae shall be passed only during the month of April or May, which time will be near the olose oY the season and the year's work. Othorwiae thin order and agreoment shall remain in effeot from year to year. The Commlaeionere' Court or the Extension Servloe of the A. and 1S. College of fleas shall give notice in writing to the other oooperating agenoy at least thirty days prior to any ofYiaial cation pertaining to the dieoontinuanae of the work in the eonnty.
