are qualified to oonduot said stations, and it further appearing to the Court that the
present two stations opa rating 1n the City of %errv111e are very orowded during the testing

It Se therefore ordered and deoreed by the Court that said reepeotive applioationa bs
and are hereby granted as prayed for, and said I. B. Zumwalt and Urban Edwards are hereby
authorised and designated to operate and oonduot County Headlight Testing Stations in
Kerrville, Terms, in accordance with the laws governing same. It Se 111rther ordered that
no bond shall be required of said applicants and all fees are hereby waived by the Court,
and the Clerk Se directed to .forward a certified Dopy of thin order to the Highway Department
of Texas.
