records of Barr Oouaty, that said note wss all Daid with interest, that the ysyment^ were
made to Sarr County aaS that the sash payment for said land, and the yaymeats on aeid note
were duly orodlted se and when made to the public aohaal foal of gsrr County. lad it
appearing further the said lead eo sold Dy the aeid agent of Barr Covaty to L. Hatton, was
sold for a lair price at the time it was sold.
It is therefore ordered, ad~ndgod and dsereod by the Court that the sale of sail
