Whereas, on this, the 18th day of February ~7t~ appearing to the Court that the
varloua financial records and hooka of Karr County have been too negligently and imperfectly
kept to enable this Court to intelligently and promptly make the appropriations of the
various funds as required by law, and
Whereas, it further appearing to the Court that a syetematlo audit by a competent
saoountant of ea id financial records kept by the respective county offioere for the peat
five years will be to the benefit and beet interest of the County and the ofiloers acne
which audit will result in the information sought by the Court necessary to make said
appropriations and will further, instruct and enable said offioere to properly keep their
