Whereas, on this, the lbth day oY February ~7t~appearing to the Court that the
various fine.nolal records and books of Kerr County have bean too negligently and ImperYeotly
kept to enable this Court to intelligently and promptly make the appropriations of the
various funds as required by law, and
whereas, It further appearing to the Court that a systematic audit by a competent
accountant of ea id financial records kept by the respective county offioere for the peat
five years will be to the benefit and beet Sntereat of the County and the officers aonoerned
which audit will result in the information sought by the Court nooeesary to malts said
appropriations and will Yurther, instruct and enable said offioere to properly keep their
