kept to enable this Court to Intelligently and promptly make the appropriations of the
various funds ae required by law, and
Whereas, St further appearing to the Court that a eyatematio audit by a competent
saoountant of said finanoial reeorde kept by the respeotlve county officers for the past
five years will be to the benefit and beet interest of the County and the officers oonaerned
which audit will result in the information sought by the Court necessary to make said
appropriations and will further, inatruot and enable said affioera to properly keep their
