It is ordered that the same be approved exaeyt ae modified in relation to the
damagsa assessed by the Jury of Yiaw and hereinafter set out= that Baia road ie hereby
established and the field notae o! Baia surrey and dssosiption of said road bs reoorded is
the minutes of this Court,
IL is further grdered that there be allowed and paid ae damages and ae adequate
oompensation for the land taktn for said road the amount of money as Sollows:
