On this 11th day of April, 1927, it appearing to the Court that Kerr County is in
danger of inPention from Handers County, and that there Ss as urgent need Por the eerviaea
of a County tick inspector to prevent such inYeotion, it is therefore ordered by the Court
that E. T. Mangum be and is hsreDy appolntad temporary County Tick Inspector at a salary
of $75.00 per month to be paid by the Clark out of the Ad Valorem Fund at and oP sash month,o
service upon presentation of proper certlYiaate from the Livestaok Sanitary Commission of
Teas. Provided, however that this appointment is conditioned upon the issuance of proper
Commission by said Livestock Sanitary Commission asd said Commission's reoogniaion oP ea id
