On this 11th day of April, 1927, it appearing to the Court that Serr County is in
danger of intention from Bandera County, an8 that there is an urgent need for the eerviaae
of a County tiak inepeator to prevent such infection, it is therefore ordered by the Court
that E. T. Mangum be and is hereby appointed temporary County Tiok Inepeotor at a salary
of $75.00 per month to be paid by the Clerk out of the Ad Valorem Fund at and oY each month,o
service upon presentation of proper oartifioate from the Livestonk Sanitary Commission of
Taxsa. Provided, however that this appointment is conditioned upon the issuance of proper
Commission by said Livestock Sanitary Conmieaion and said Commission's re¢ognieion oY ea id
inspector's wort. Tha Clerk of this Court Se therefore directed to aeoertaiA from said
Commission whether said body will recognize the work of said inepeotor and grant him
